Win Ropes Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Win Ropes website at winropes.bet, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Win Ropes platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Win Ropes. They apply to all activity on the platform including sports betting, casino games, jackpot slots, poker, live casino and any other products or features available on Win Ropes now or in the future.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Win Ropes you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win Ropes does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan and physically located in a jurisdiction where access to the Win Ropes platform is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of Win Ropes or any company in the same group.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under guardianship or lacking contractual capacity may not register.
• You must not have been previously excluded from Win Ropes under a self-exclusion request that remains in force.

Win Ropes reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe requested, Win Ropes may suspend or close the account and withhold pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Win Ropes enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. You may not register more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods or devices. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances in them may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information when registering your Win Ropes account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any payment method details. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

Your Win Ropes account password is your responsibility. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone. Win Ropes will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Win Ropes support immediately to have your account secured.

3.4 Updating Your Details

If any of your registered details change — particularly your mobile number or payment method — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting Win Ropes support. Outdated details may cause withdrawal delays or identity verification issues.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Win Ropes accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Win Ropes does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not process any currency conversion.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit on Win Ropes is Rs 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the withdrawal process. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are shown in your account settings. Win Ropes may adjust these limits based on account verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within 5–15 minutes during business hours
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 30 minutes
• Bank IBFT transfer: within 2–4 hours during banking hours
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

As a general rule, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds return to their original source. Exceptions may be made in documented cases where the original method is no longer available, subject to Win Ropes' verification procedures.

4.5 Fees

Win Ropes does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside Win Ropes' control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Win Ropes offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Win Ropes account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements; this is also specified in each promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Win Ropes monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting with other players to reduce risk, placing conflicting bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal real risk, or using bonus funds in a way that exploits promotion mechanics. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may face permanent suspension.

5.4 Win Ropes Right to Modify or Withdraw Bonuses

Win Ropes reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any active promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of modification will continue under the terms that applied at the time of opt-in, except where the modification is required by regulation.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet on Win Ropes is accepted and confirmed when you receive a bet reference number on your screen or in your account bet history. A bet is not confirmed until this reference is displayed. Do not assume a bet has been placed if your connection drops during the placement process — check your bet history before placing again.

6.2 Obvious Pricing Errors

Win Ropes reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human input mistake — for example, decimal odds of 100.0 on a heavy favourite. Win Ropes will make reasonable efforts to identify and contact affected players promptly. In such cases, the original stake is returned in full.

6.3 Abandoned and Interrupted Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or interrupted before its natural conclusion, Win Ropes applies the following general rules:

• Cricket: if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed, match-result bets are voided and stakes returned. D/L method results count as valid match outcomes.
• Football: a match must reach 90 minutes of play (including injury time) for match-result bets to stand. Bets on individual events (first goalscorer, etc.) stand if the event occurred before abandonment.
• Other sports: specific rules for each sport are published in the Win Ropes sports betting help section.

6.4 Match Manipulation

Win Ropes cooperates with sports governing bodies and integrity organisations to detect and report suspected match manipulation. Any account found to have placed bets connected to a manipulated event will have those bets voided and may face permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

Win Ropes applies maximum payout limits per event, per day and per account. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Bets that exceed maximum payout limits will be declined or reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

7. Casino Game Rules

All casino games on Win Ropes use certified random number generator (RNG) software that has been tested by independent third parties. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by Win Ropes or by players. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the expected long-run theoretical return across a very large number of spins or hands and does not guarantee any particular result in a single session.

In the event of a technical fault during a casino game — such as a disconnection before a spin result is recorded — Win Ropes will apply the following procedure: if the game state was successfully recorded on Win Ropes' servers before the disconnection, the result stands. If no game state was recorded, the bet is refunded. This determination is made from Win Ropes' server logs, which are the authoritative record of all game activity.

7.1 Jackpot Slots

Progressive jackpot pools on Win Ropes grow with each qualifying bet placed across the network. A minimum qualifying bet amount applies for each jackpot tier — this is displayed in the game's information panel. Jackpot wins above a specified threshold are subject to manual verification before payment, which Win Ropes will complete within one business day of the win being flagged.

8. Responsible Gaming

Win Ropes is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a way to recover losses and not something that should ever place a player under financial or emotional strain.

Every Win Ropes account includes the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost and activatable immediately from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps on deposits. Limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss limits — cap your maximum net loss over a defined period. The same increase cooling-off rule applies.

• Cooling-off periods — suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. The suspension takes effect immediately.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely close your Win Ropes account. This takes effect within 24 hours and no re-engagement offers will be made during the exclusion period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win Ropes and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
2. Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information at any stage.
3. Using Win Ropes for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
4. Placing bets on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
5. Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
7. Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker, to gain an unfair advantage.
8. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to obscure your location.
9. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 5.3 of these terms.
10. Attempting to intimidate, threaten or harass Win Ropes staff through any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Win Ropes' Right to Suspend

Win Ropes reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases where: these terms have been breached; fraudulent activity is suspected; a self-exclusion request has been made; identity verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; or unusual betting patterns have been detected that suggest collusion or match manipulation.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Win Ropes account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any real-money balance (excluding void bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

10.3 Balance Treatment on Closure

On account closure, any real-money balance is returned. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited. Pending bets are settled normally and proceeds are paid out or forfeited according to the reason for closure.

11. Privacy and Data

Win Ropes collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and should be read alongside them. By registering with Win Ropes you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Win Ropes will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where strictly necessary — for example, with payment processors to complete transactions, with identity verification services to confirm your age and identity, or with regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where required by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Win Ropes provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain service uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults beyond our reasonable control, internet connectivity issues on your end, or events constituting force majeure.

Win Ropes' total liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time of the incident. Win Ropes is not liable for any indirect, consequential, speculative or punitive losses.

13. Changes to These Terms

Win Ropes may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, changes in applicable law, or improvements to our policies. When material changes are made, Win Ropes will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of Win Ropes after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the change.
